Shipping Information

Fastek ships orders with several courier services, in addition to Canada Post. While shopping, products are marked according to how they are shipped; below you will find an explanation for each of those terms.

FREE SHIPPING TO YOUR LOCAL FASTEK

If the products you wish to purchase are not available at your local Fastek, simply place your order and indicate which branch you’d prefer to visit to pick it up. We will send an email to let you know when your order has arrived and is available for pick-up.

FREE PICK-UP AT YOUR LOCAL FASTEK

If you prefer to pick up your order, you can buy online and choose Local Pick-up during checkout. We will email you when your order is ready.

FREE SHIPPING

This product qualifies for free shipping in orders over $250. Products that do not qualify for free shipping will still result in additional shipping charges where applicable.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGE APPLIES

This product will have a flat rate shipping charge associated with it. This charge will help cover some of the cost of shipping your product to you.

You can call us to determine the cost of shipping to your location before purchase. If you prefer, you can make your purchase and have one of our staff contact you regarding the cost of shipping.

TOO HEAVY FOR FREE SHIPPING

This product is too large or too heavy for free shipping to apply and will result in a shipping charge.

NO SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Unfortunately, this product cannot be shipped due to weight or size restrictions. Some exceptions can be made, but freight charges will often be prohibitive.

Please note that these conditions may change without notice at any time. We cannot guarantee shipping fees or delivery dates. Typically, an online order will be received within five (5) business days, depending on the order and your location, but there is no way for us to know for certain. Some orders may take additional time to ship due to being located in two or more separate warehouses.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a package that has been damaged in any way during shipping, please refuse to accept the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of your purchase after it has left our warehouse. If you accept a damaged delivery, you may be responsible for recouping your own costs from the courier. We will do everything we can to support our customers, but we are also bound by our agreements with our couriers.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so before the order is shipped. Once shipped, you may be charged a restocking fee.
