The following terms apply to entries for our featured customer posts. To be considered, you must agree to these terms:

Each submission will be considered, but not all submissions can be posted.

Open to legal residents of Canada only. Void where prohibited.

All submitted content must be your property and free from copyright, no exceptions. You must assert ownership upon submission.

Low-effort submissions, duplicate submissions, and content that is obviously not the property of the user will not be considered. Repeated submissions of this nature will result in the user being disqualified, and the user may be blacklisted from entering future promotions, contests, and giveaways.

Submissions can contain up to 4 photographs of the customer, job sites, tools, and branded vehicles. Fastek has the right to reject any photograph for any reason without notice. Photographs should be unedited and must not have added text or graphics. Customers may also submit logo files for their business. Any submitted image should be at least 1080x1080px @ 72dpi or larger. Logos should have a transparent background.

Customers must have made a purchase at Fastek within the last calendar year and must be subscribed to our newsletter or at least one (1) Fastek social media account.

The content and duration of each post will be determined by Fastek, including (but not limited to) tagging of users or businesses, hashtags, and body content.

By submitting, you are agreeing to allow Fastek to use your content in any way, without limitations, in any or all of the following; in our marketing, on our social media feeds, in printed or digital advertisements, and on our website.

Fastek has the right to change these terms at any time, without notice, and reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason at any time.
