Was the only place in Canada with 1 of the older style Milwaukee 3/8 impact’s left. Had an issue with my payment method, but Adam went above and beyond to fix the issue. Fastek Inc is the definition of a 5 star company.

I bought a reasonably priced strap nailer here at Fastek, unfortunately i wasn’t happy with its performance, so I emailed Fastek and they were very helpful in issuing me a full refund. I would definitely buy here again.

Their prices are decent for most things, but their bankers hours are terrible. 7 to 4? Really, in an industry that runs from 6 to 6 for people? If I have to be on site by 730 in another city and don’t get back to Barrie, until 4, how is this a store I should shop? If you’re going to be closed during the time trades people can actually get in through the week, then at least be open on Saturdays. I either have to lose time at work leaving early or showing up late so I can shop, or go elsewhere and spend more which doesn’t help either…

If you’re going to service the construction industry, then do it in a manner that benefits it.

Lady at the front desk had me come from 40 minutes away, after calling and confirming they had two available products in stock, I arrive 45
Min after said phone call , only to be told products are packed away for their BBQ tomorrow! And not willing to help me out… Thanks for the amazing customer service 👎🏻 I will never be back and will spread the word of joy I had dealing with these lazy people today

I like Fastek Barrie. Originally went for abrasives and realized they have a good supply of corded and cordless tools of all brands, adhesives, hand tools, gadgets etc. They have dealt with tool warranties very smoothly. Looking after the whole procedure. Friendly staff.

Customer service oriented store. Staff always pleased help out in anyway possible. One of my top 3 stores for purchasing tools. Big box stores are a waste of time and $$Money$$
