PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Fastek Bonus Bucks (“Bonus Bucks”) are promotional cards issued by Fastek (“Fastek”, “we”, “us”) to customers who make qualifying purchases during the Bonus Bucks earning period (November 24–28, 2025). Bonus Bucks may be redeemed for in-store merchandise during the redemption period (December 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026).
By accepting a Bonus Bucks card, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these terms and conditions.
EARNING BONUS BUCKS
Earning Period: November 24, 2025 through November 28, 2025 (inclusive).
Qualifying Purchases: In-store purchases only. Online, phone, and special orders do not qualify.
Earning Tiers:

Calculation: Bonus Bucks tiers are calculated based on the final subtotal of a single transaction after all discounts, coupons, and promotions are applied, but before taxes.
Transaction Limit: One (1) qualifying transaction per customer per day. Customers may not split purchases into multiple transactions to earn additional Bonus Bucks cards. Fastek reserves the right to refuse issuance of Bonus Bucks cards if staff suspects intentional transaction splitting or other attempts to circumvent this limit.
Excluded Purchases: All merchandise is eligible unless otherwise noted. Special orders and layaway purchases may be excluded at Fastek’s discretion. Tool repairs will not be eligible for Bonus Bucks.
Issuance: Bonus Bucks cards will be issued at the point of sale at the time of purchase. Bonus Bucks cards cannot be issued retroactively for past purchases.
REDEMPTION OF BONUS BUCKS
Redemption Period: December 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 (inclusive). Fastek will process Bonus Bucks redemptions during this period only.
Redemption Location: Bonus Bucks are redeemable in-store only at any Fastek location. Online, phone, and mail orders are not eligible for Bonus Bucks redemption.
Full Redemption Required: Bonus Bucks cards must be redeemed for their full face value in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not permitted. For example, a $25 Bonus Bucks card cannot be split into two $12.50 redemptions.
Multiple Cards: Customers may combine multiple Bonus Bucks cards in a single redemption transaction. For example, a customer with a $75 in cards may redeem all (total $75) in one transaction.
Eligible Redemption Purchases: Bonus Bucks may be redeemed for any in-store merchandise, including sale items. No product exclusions apply unless otherwise posted.
Application of Discount: Bonus Bucks are applied to the total of the redemption transaction.
Example:
- Purchase pre-tax subtotal: $44.75
- HST (13%): $5.75
- Total before Bonus Bucks applied: $50.00
- Bonus Bucks applied: -$25.00
- Total due after Bonus Bucks: $25.00
Change/Refund: If the redemption purchase is less than the Bonus Bucks card value, no change or refund will be issued. The full Bonus Bucks value must be used.
Receipt Required: Customers must present the physical Bonus Bucks card at the time of redemption. Fastek reserves the right to request the original purchase receipt for verification.
RESTRICTIONS & LIMITATIONS
Non-Transferable: Bonus Bucks cards are non-transferable. Cards may not be sold, bartered, or transferred to another person. Fastek reserves the right to refuse redemption of any card that appears to have been obtained through unauthorized transfer.
No Cash Value: Bonus Bucks cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit under any circumstances.
Cannot Be Combined With: Bonus Bucks cannot be combined with employee discounts or other promotional credits unless expressly authorized by management.
Can Be Combined With: Bonus Bucks may be used on sale merchandise and with manufacturer rebates.
Not Reloadable: Bonus Bucks cards cannot be reloaded with additional value.
No Fees: Fastek will not charge dormancy fees, inactivity fees, or service fees on Bonus Bucks cards.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ADJUSTMENTS
Returns After Bonus Bucks Issuance:
If a customer returns merchandise purchased during the earning period (November 24–28, 2025) after receiving a Bonus Bucks card:
- Scenario A: Return brings purchase below original qualifying tier
- Example: Customer purchases $1,000 (earns $100 in BB cards), then returns $600 worth of merchandise (purchase now $400).
- Action: Customer must surrender all the Bonus Bucks cards or pay the difference between the card value issued and the card value they should have received (if any). In this example, the customer would surrender the $100 in cards, as $400 does not qualify for any Bonus Bucks.
- Scenario B: Return brings purchase to a lower qualifying tier
- Example: Customer purchases $1,000 (earns $100 BB card), then returns $300 worth of merchandise (purchase now $700).
- Action: Customer must surrender $50 in cards and receive $50 in cards in exchange (correct tier for $700 purchase).
- Scenario C: Return does not affect tier
- Example: Customer purchases $1,000 (earns $100 in BB cards), then returns $50 worth of merchandise (purchase now $950).
- Action: No adjustment required. Customer retains $100 in BB cards.
Returns During Redemption:
If a customer returns merchandise that was purchased using Bonus Bucks during the redemption period (December 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026):
- The refund will be issued in the original form of payment (cash, credit card, etc.).
- Example: Customer redeems $50 BB cards + pays $30 cash for an $80 item. If they return the item, they receive $30 cash refund, and the $50 in BB cards is reinstated.
Manager Discretion:
Fastek management reserves the right to make exceptions to the above return policies on a case-by-case basis for customer service reasons, but such exceptions do not constitute a waiver of these terms.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED CARDS
Responsibility:
Bonus Bucks cards are the responsibility of the cardholder. Fastek is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
Replacement Policy:
- Customers that have lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced.
Suspected Fraud:
If Fastek suspects that a card has been obtained fraudulently (e.g., through theft, counterfeiting, or unauthorized transfer), Fastek reserves the right to refuse redemption and/or deactivate the card without notice or liability.
CARD EXPIRY & Disclosure COmpliance
Expiry of Promotional Card Value:
Fastek Bonus Bucks are not gift cards. They are in-house promotional currency issued by Fastek to incentivize customer purchases during promotional periods. Bonus Bucks are promotional credits that function as store currency with specified earning and redemption periods
Disclosure Compliance:
All terms, conditions, and restrictions are disclosed:
- On in-store signage
- At fastek.ca/bonusbucks
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
Right to Modify:
Fastek reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Bonus Bucks program at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by law.
Issued Cards:
Any modification or termination of the program will not affect Bonus Bucks cards that have already been issued and are within their redemption period.
Force Majeure:
Fastek is not responsible for program interruptions or inability to redeem Bonus Bucks due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, store closures, system outages, or technical failures.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT
Prohibited Activities:
Customers may not:
- Engage in fraudulent activity to obtain Bonus Bucks cards (e.g., using stolen credit cards, returning merchandise repeatedly to earn cards, etc.).
- Attempt to redeem counterfeit, altered, or unauthorized Bonus Bucks cards.
- Resell or transfer Bonus Bucks cards for profit.
- Split transactions intentionally to circumvent the “one per customer per day” rule.
Violation Consequences:
Fastek reserves the right to:
- Refuse to issue or accept Bonus Bucks cards from customers who violate these terms.
- Ban customers from future participation in Fastek promotions.
- Pursue legal remedies for fraud or theft.
PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
Information Collected:
At the time of Bonus Bucks issuance, Fastek may collect:
- Transaction details (date, amount, items purchased)
- Card activation information
At the time of redemption, Fastek may collect:
- Card number
- Redemption transaction details
Use of Information:
Information collected is used solely for the administration of the Bonus Bucks program, including:
- Tracking card issuance and redemption
- Preventing fraud
- Resolving customer disputes
No Marketing Use:
Personal information collected through the Bonus Bucks program will not be used for marketing purposes unless the customer has separately opted in to Fastek marketing communications.
Data Retention:
Transaction records will be retained for 7 years in accordance with standard business practices and applicable tax laws.
DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No Warranties:
Bonus Bucks cards are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Fastek makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, functionality, or continued operation of the Bonus Bucks program.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fastek’s total liability arising from or related to the Bonus Bucks program, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the face value of the Bonus Bucks card at issue.
Exclusions:
Fastek is not liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged cards
- Technical errors or system failures
- Inability to redeem cards due to store closures or other force majeure events
- Disputes arising from customer returns or refunds
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By accepting and using a Fastek Bonus Bucks card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
